One of Rithm’s missions is to help make the tech world a more representative place. We believe that greater diversity in the backgrounds of programmers leads to stronger organizations, more creative thinking, and has the power to change the world for the better.

We’re offering several partial tuition scholarships, and we’re looking to award them to extraordinary folks from backgrounds that are traditionally underrepresented in tech. If you believe you fit that description, please answer the questions below.

Many identities are traditionally underrepresented in tech (Female, LGBTQIA+, Black, Latino, Indigenous Peoples, and many more), as are some socio-economic backgrounds. Have you faced any challenges getting started in tech related to these or or other reasons?

How have you contributed to communities that you share an identity or mission with in your personal and professional life?

How do you expect to leverage your career in tech to create social change and uplift traditionally-underrepresented groups?
